Lead Accountant

In search of an accountant with at least 3 years of working experience with QuickBooks Online or QuickBooks Desktop. The candidate needs to be well-versed in account clean-up, have stellar accounting skills and understands cash and accrual methods of payments, has an in-depth understanding of Financial Reports/statements (P&L, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow Statement) as well as A/R, AP, Payroll. Experience with invoices and estimates and reconciliations is also key. The candidate should have excellent verbal and written communication skills, be detail-oriented and diligent when it comes to researching issues, and have the ability to provide solutions as well as think outside the box. Tax preparation skills are not required, but are a huge bonus. Another bonus would be someone that is knowledgeable in the real estate industry and have a level of comfort with inventory as well.
