Real Estate Virtual Assistant / Sales Representative

We are Hiring!

Local Property is in need of a Real Estate Virtual Assistant - preferably with Sales and Marketing experience.
We will be providing additional training if necessary.

This will be a part-time job with a 20-hour workweek (4 days: Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, for 5 hours, 3-8 PM CST)

We use a program called Redex that helps us to prospect potential ---------- t to worry, we will provide you details of the property being sold.

Other tasks:
1. Create a weekly newsletter/email to be sent out on Wednesday.
2. Maintain database and respond to website leads through KVcore. They can text/call through KVcore.
3. Send out home closing anniversary emails.
4. Create/schedule 3 social media posts a week.
5. Find a house that sold or went under contract and use programs to get the top 100 cell phone numbers and send mass voicemails. (We will record the voicemail.)
