- Usage of project management software - following, updating, commenting, and completing tasks in a timely manner.
- All aspects of Campaign building and configuration in all versions of Keap software
- Technical documentation of campaigns
- Maintaining good communications across PM software, Email and Whatsapp
- Some client liaison
- Housekeeping in client’s apps
- Reporting on statistics & specific criteria for clients
- Following SOPs
- Updating client DNS configurations
- Regular status updates on campaigns/clients
- Task and manage other engineers and third parties
- Other platform configuration
