Email Marketing VA

We are looking for an E-mail Marketing Specialist who can exclusively work for our company. This position is full-time; which requires 40 hours per week. The candidate must possess the following:

• 1-2 years of experience in e-mail marketing specifically in an e-commerce environment
• Experience in Klaviyo and/or other related software is a must
• Exceptional in designing and implementing direct email marketing campaigns
• Excellent ability to identify the target audience and grow our mailing list
• Ability to analyze campaign performance and suggest improvements
• Can create timely reports on sales revenue generated from email marketing efforts
• Has good enough copywriting and graphic designing skills needed in creating email campaigns
• Strong understanding of dropshipping selling models
• Able to work independently and collaboratively with the other departments
• Knowledgeable in using project management tools such as Asana and Clickup
• Highly organized and detail-oriented
