We need a customer service expert dedicated to providing exceptional care as they provide estimates, book jobs, manage schedules, oversee customer satisfaction, provide feedback to handyman, handle disputes and promote handyman retention. The team needs someone who can not only perform these responsibilities effectively, but find creative and strategic ways to do them efficiently so we may continue to ---------- pensation: $640/month with performance bonuses!
Schedule: Full-time Tuesday-Saturday (12 PM- 8 PM MST)
