At Skydda Inc, we know that the key to growth is in a high-performing sales team. That’s why we’re seeking a qualified sales development representative (SDR) to find and outreach potential leads who can benefit from our services. We are looking for the ideal SDR's who have strong understanding of sales process, can communicate effectively with a lead and know them well, and close as many deals as possible. The most important skill we need in the SDR is effective communication both verbally and in written for you to offer offer our services in a compelling way and get long-term clients.
***NOTE: This is a project based job and has a performance based pay. Hence this is NOT paid per month basis, so the amount written in the description is per closure of a deal. We will be giving you 15% of the meeting outcome, for example:
Considering $250/meeting At 15% for every meeting,
1 appointment gets them $37.5
2 appointments get them $75
You will be paid more. BUT, if you don't get any meetings in this 1 hour, you get $0.
Job Roles:
1. Using client data, cold calling, and
2. Identify prospect's pain points and suggest our services to close deals.
3. Build long-term trusting relationships with prospects to qualify leads as sales opportunities
Required Skills:
1. Bachelors degree or at least 3 years of relevant work experience.
2. strong communication skills via phone and
3. Proven creative problem-solving approach and strong analytical skills.
4. Strong desire and ability to move up within a sales deal and close as many deals as possible.
Preferred qualifications:
1. SDR with a track record of closing sales for their previous company.
