About the Company:

This is an exciting opportunity for a Personal Assistant to support the CEO of a growing, fast paced boutique group.

About the Role:

Reporting to the CEO, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative support working on business strategy and planning to ensure continued growth of the business. To be successful in this position, you will be highly organised and well-presented. You will have proven systems and processes to manage the CEO's diary and email, plus, be proactive to get tasks done whilst having the confidence to manage internal and external stakeholders.

Your day to day will look something like this:

- Proactively managing the activities of the CEO including providing timely and effective diary management by prioritising and organising meetings with internal and external stakeholders
- Accurate and timely management and prioritisation of all incoming emails including responding to routine correspondence as appropriate
- Work autonomously
- Travel management as required
- Act as a key communication point for the Team, whilst maintaining a high level of confidentiality
- Management and coordination of larger group meetings, including managing minutes and following up on outcomes as required
- Represent the CEO and brand at all times
- Travel and expense management
- Ensuring effective communication with all internal and external contacts
- Establishing strong relationships with other tea ---------- mbers within the business and driving collaborative working relationships
- Supporting and coordinating projects as required
- Provide support for broader needs including presentations, marketing material and document creation

We would love you to have:

- Strong experience working as an Executive Assistant
- Ideally, minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar position
- High attention to detail + strong written and verbal communication skills
- Advanced time management and organisational skills and a proven track record of providing exceptional support
- High-level organisational skills and proven ability to deal with multiple tasks, undertake complex diary management, establish priorities and meet deadlines
- The ability to operate with a high degree of confidentiality and integrity
- Fine-tuned initiative and demonstrated problem solving skills
- An ability to work under pressure and autonomously
- You will be tech-savvy and embrace your knowledge of Google Docs, Gmail and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- The ability to work in a fast paced, ever-changing environment
