We are looking for a home-based Call Center Sales Consultant to join our team! As a Call Center Sales Consultant, you will be the main liaison between our company and new potential customers. • Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner
• Make over 200 inbound/outbound calls a day to new customers
• Provide existing customers with new products
• Respond to customers’ enquiries in a timely manner
• Identify customers’ needs and wants, give your best to clarify information
• Research every issue and provide solutions to them
• Recognize opportunities to upsell our products and services
• Follow our company’s communication “scripts”
• Build strong relationships with customers
• Follow our customer engagement strategy
• Meet and overachieve qualitative and quantitative targets

Call Center Sales Consultant Requirements

• Previous experience in a customer service or sales role
• Previous experience in call center role
• Great English communication skills
• Excellent listener
• Adaptable to different personality types
• Familiarity with CRM technology
• Customer focus
• Ability to multi-task
• Set priorities
• Excellent time management skills
• High school degree
• Positive attitude
• Able to take on feedback
• Always have willingness to improve
• Willingness to be prepared to work at 100% efficiency every working day
• Willingness to work 6 days per week from 8AM to 5PM
