Social Media Marketing - Content Creator, Video Editor (multiple positions available)

Here's a quick background before going into the position

MY WHY
My name is Chase and my life motto is "We Help People" and it guides everything I do. I've started & run several businesses and have seen personally & professionally how running a small business can be one of the most fulfilling and rewarding things in the entire world. Additionally, I have found that nothing gives me more joy than to help other people, especially when that person is also a business owner. This realization is what led me to stop running my construction company and to focus on doing more things that help other business owners. My goal is to help over 1000+ business owners to pursue their passions and improve their businesses.


THE HOW
I am creating a new company that will primarily create engaging content on Social Media platforms geared towards helping Entrepreneurs with various aspects of running a business. The social media work will primarily consist of motivational and/or helpful content for: Instagram/Youtube/Facebook/Linkedin/TikTok/Email ---------- will be both video-posts & non-video posts.


THE WHAT
Phase 1: Lots of Social Media Content, & Create Simple Systems for Consistency
Phase 2: Start Monetizing Posts and Scale to Increase Following
Phase 3: Individual Business Consulting / Create a Like-minded Community of Thriving Business Owners



POSITIONS AVAILABLE:
(1) Content Creator/Editor for Social Media Posts
(2) Video Editing for Social Media Posts

PAY: Per-Post, or Salary

Critically Important Skills & Traits for ALL Positions:
1) Written & Spoken English
2) Curious / Loves to create new things
3) Knows how to use and/or Learn Technology & Social Media (able to self-teach/self-motivate if needed)


I am looking for creative, motivated, optimistic, honest, and hardworking people with lots of initiative to join our ---------- 's Full Time work and will likely be paid per (non-video) Social Media Post that you create/edit/upload/etc. If you can edit videos (think of the motivational videos you see on Youtube) then it will likely be a Salary-type of position. I have been slowly creating a database of content so you won't necessarily have to "come up with the content" to post; however, I'm looking for someone who can take the content from my database (eg: a Motivational Quote) and then use a program such as [ ---------- ] to create an Instagram post with a cool background, add the quote ---------- / #details, then write the written content using a Template, and schedule it to be approved and subsequently posted at some point in the future using a mass-scheduling software such as ---------- ERVIEW PROCESS (approx. 1 to 3 weeks)
