Web application developer

I want someone to create an online job system for my home improvement company. Customers can select the job they want, then choose a day then book the job in.
The tradesperson can select what days they are available to work and see what jobs they have booked in.
The website will include animated video explaining to the customer what to do and how long they will need to book the tradesperson in for to do the ---------- the future I would like automated payments as well so the customer has to enter their bank details for verification and the money gets taken once the job is complete.
