I.SUMMARY
This position helps ensure that the overall training and development needs of the company and its employees are delivered in accordance with our business needs.
This role will be responsible for the onboarding of all new hires for the After Sales team in both the Philippines and Australia, including ALL new starters within the organisation.
II.ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Training and Development
a. Creates training modules based on identified needs for employee development – both technical and soft skills
b. Conducts communication skills training which includes soft skill and language skill training
c. Conducts all site training, including new hire, cross training, upskilling initiatives, and other trainings as required
d. Monitors curriculum effectiveness and monitors training as required
e. Effectively tracks improvement of the staff coached and trained
g. Designing, developing, updating, and implementing training modules
III.QUALIFICATIONS
Language: English
Computer Literate
At least 3years experience in training
IV. EDUCATION and/or EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s Degree holder, College level, 2 year related course
Preferably 1-4 Years experienced in Training and Development in a call centre environment
V. WORK SCHEDULE
Primary: Day Shift, 5 days a week - temporarily on work from home
