I need a hard working experienced customer service rep to be responsible for phone, email support and order processing for a US based ecommerce website. The rep should have a very quiet place to answer incoming calls (roughly 5 per day) take orders, answer customer questions and send in orders. Hours are 9 to 6 ETS Monday - Friday. Some social media work will be required as well.
