Business Development
The Role:
We are looking for a bright, energetic, highly motivated individual to join our business development team as a Sales Development
Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Book/set appointments with business owners via our CRM for our closers.
Qualify outbound prospects and conduct the opening discussion for a marketing service to small business owners and entrepreneurs while communicating our value proposition.
Prospect, work, and qualify leads generated via cold calling.
Prioritize and organize your pipeline of leads for maximum efficiency on a daily basis.
Record and update data in our CRM (
Work with the business development team to improve lead to response time and appointment show

Professional written and verbal communication skills with a high level of detail orientation.
Ability to successfully prospect a wide range of clients within an SMB environment (C-Level to single owner/operator).

Ability to excel in a fast-growth, changing environment.
Bonus Points
Experience in B2B sales.
Experience with Hubspot CRM,
1 - 2 years experience in sales related roles preferred.
