Recruiting Inside Sales Rep

We're looking for someone who's reliable, dedicated and ready to join our real estate firm as a Recruiting Inside Sales Rep. The job responsibilities include calling real estate agents to see if there is interest in joining our team as real estate sales agents. This means you will need to have great conversations, gather information, build rapport, and then set an appointment/interview for one of our highly experienced Directors.

We provide everything needed to succeed (dialers, data, scripts, training, one-on-one coaching...etc)

REQUIREMENTS:
Must be reliable, dedicated and organized
Must have an advanced English level (written and spoken)
Must have ISA experience
Must love working on the phone and talking with people
Must have great internet speed (at least 10mbps)
Must have a good laptop (at least core i3 and 8 gb ram)
Must have a gamers headset
Must be familiar with CRM technology and be tech-savvy
