Dispatcher (FTL / LTL / Freight / Automobile / Logistics / Truck ) ASAP

We are a fast-growing carrier company based in Las Vegas Nevada, and in this position you will be coordinating with drivers, brokers and private customers. Making sure we respond to their concerns real-time.

You will be needing a fast internet connection and a strong computer as this is a remote job.

We work 9 PM to 5 AM MLA - OT's are optional and for approval.

You are a good with numbers, fast-learner, and can think on your feet. You communicate openly, share your ideas, and don't shy away from feedback.

You have prior experience with USA Truck Dispatching

Candidates without prior experience is also welcomed. We can provide training for this, but you really really need to be confident with your skills, and you are a solid team player.

What you will be doing:

- Coordinate and manage the most efficient loads to remain cost-effective as a company, combining shipments based on their routes and timeline to minimize how many trucks and drivers are out.

- Assure there is tracking of all paperwork for each load in our system.

- Provide outstanding customer service to the drivers and be able to negotiate with brokers daily for loads for our carriers/drivers.

- Keep records, monitoring driver’s daily logs for errors or violations and monitoring their working hours and equipment availability

- Communicate effectively and in a timely manner with the support team, drivers and brokers

Technical Requirements

Computer - Laptop or Desktop that has at least: (This is a requirement)
i3 5th Gen / AMD equivalent
8 GB Ram

At least 15 mbps download speed, and at least 10 mbps upload speed. The higher the better

Salary range is from $500-$550 depending on experience. We will have a re-evaluation after 3 months.
If you bring outcome and improvements to the team, this can go higher as we expand.
