Video Editor

I am looking for a rock star video editor to join my team. This job will include editing videos for a YouTube channel that is about action figures and 80s/90s nostalgia.

The ideal candidate will be proficient in a professional NLE and a motion graphics editor like Adobe After Effects, Fusion, or Apple Motion. Working knowledge of Canva, Click Up and basic audio sweetening skills are a plus.

Some things I have in mind for you to do in the immediate future is,

Editing 2 videos per week for the Youtube Channel
Editing 2-3 Shorts/TikToks per week
Sourcing Images for Use in the videos
If proficient in graphic design, I will also have work available in creating social media graphics, thumbnails, and infographics.

Pay TBD, this will depend on your level of skill and the other people that apply to the job.

Basic Requirements
Good English Speaking / Writing Skills
Fast Internet Connection
Working Computer with at least 4GB RAM
Excellent Organizational Skills & Communication Skills

Perks
I am looking for a part-time employee.
You can work whenever you want. You will not have to wake up or work at any given time. You will, however, need to advise me of your schedule each week and then stick to it.
Flexible Vacation - If you need time off just let me know.

About Me
I run multiple blogs and YouTube channels with the plan to add more. Current brands include our main brand about action figures/nerd nostalgia, a restaurant management brand, and we will be adding a leadership brand in the near future. A bit further down the line, I hope to add a few more "niche" blogs and YouTube channels. I am currently starting to expand my team and need someone who I can rely on to creatively edit engaging videos so I can focus on production and growing the retail side of the business.
