SEO Expert

Seeking a dedicated SEO expert for 2 websites.
---------- - newly updated but existing for many years. Good rankings previously but I'm not sure how well it is going since some recent downtime and the new website.
---------- - New website, not being publicized yet but we have put together a big team that is ready to make the next best organic gardening publication.

We a budget of $ ---------- AUD per month. I would like for applicants to set their own hourly rate in AUD, and let me know how many hours per month we will get for the $ ---------- and what can be achieved in that time. We use time tracking software such as Hubstaff to track time. Possibility to add more websites and more hours as time goes on.

- Applicant must be very experienced with white hat SEO techniques, both on and off-page.
- Able to provide a strategy, benchmarking and fortnightly reports.
- Great communicator. Willing to check in with me regularly about what work has been completed
- Excellent English, since a large part of SEO involves writing the text for backlinks and on page.
- Able to work on extra things in spare time. Making sure we are up to date and utilizing the best free and affordable tools to maximize our reach. I'd love to see the Facebook Pixel, Pinterest Pixel, Goal Completions, Hotjar assessments, Google Analytics, and all of its features and reports being utilized and maximized.
- Candidates should be able to stay up to date with Google updates that may affect rankings and be always willing to spend some of their work hours learning more to perfect their craft.
- Knowledge of how to increase engagement and conversions would be great.
