About the job position

We are looking for individuals (20 hours/week) who are interested in the position of “Online Japanese-English interpreter”. If you have a Japanese N3 but no experience as an interpreter, you are still able to apply for this position. At least you have a good motivation of doing this position, or you want to be an interpreter in the future, we are happy to work with you. Actually, our company has just started, and we would like to grow with future co-workers for a long time. Therefore, we recommend young people to work with us.

Actually, you will work with our boss. Our boss has been to the Philippines before. He was there for about a year, so he can still speak English, but his English level isn't enough to work with other Filipinos. Therefore, we start looking for someone who can help his English to communicate with other ---------- is a totally online environment, so you will work with him all the time, such as online meeting. He might ask you to translate Japanese to English, but it is okay if you don't translate perfectly. He seems to understand English, but his understanding isn't enough for our business. So if you learn Japanese a bit at least N3 level, maybe we can grow together.

If you have N2 or above, you will start from PHP 15,000 (20h/w). You can also start from PHP 15,000(20h/w) if you have experience living in Japanese for at least 1 year or if you have experience interpreting Japanese to English or English to Japanese. If you have no experience of interpreting and only N3, you will start from PHP 10,000. For the job interview, we will talk a bit Japanese. Mostly, we will speak English, but we would like to know the level of your Japanese conversation at least.

At the same time, we have the project to help Filipinos who are suffering the food or necessities. If you work at our company, we will save money as a donation for them. We are now thinking to buy some food for poor children, so if you are interested in some volunteering work, why don’t you work with us!

Salary system

If you have only N3 and no experience, you will start from PHP10,000.
If you have N2 or above, you will start from PHP15,000.
Or
If you have experience living in Japanese for over a year or experience interpreting, you will start from PHP15,000.

You have opportunities to increase your salary by 5,000 pesos every 6 months. At that time, you have the interview, but if you work seriously, please don't worry. You will never fail for the job interview.
Your salary will be increased to 100,000 pesos.

If you want to start working 20h/w, you must start 10,000 pesos.
After working with us for 6 months, your salary will be increased by 15,000 pesos.
You have opportunities to increase your salary by 5,000 pesos every 6 months. At that time, you have the interview, but if you work seriously, please don't worry. You will never fail for the job interview.
Your salary will be increased to 100,000 pesos.

Also, we would like to work with you for a long time, so if you want to come to Japan or want to work in Japan in the future, we buy the round airplane ticket to come to Japan and give you the place to stay in Japan for a week or a month after you work with us for 36 months. At that time, if you want to work in Japan, and if you don't get money as same as Japanese standard workers, you won't be able to work in Japan. Therefore, we make this salary system.
