Job Description: Virtual Assistant / Office Administration with Organizational Technical and Creative Writing.

Specific duties of my Executive Writer / Virtual Assistant include but not limited to:
Grammar & spell checking documents, proofreading proposals & scripts, e-communications, book-drafts, gathering information & research on various income projects, film award competitions meeting all professional high-quality standards, working on several projects at a time, setting mutual goals & creating shared deadlines best practices for writing works, coordinating with people from various companies, guiding junior executive writers, ensuring and assisting me with client satisfaction via electronic communications, telephonic and project package deadlines.
* Designing Inventions and Prototypes project management.
* Marketing and booking my "Still Photography Arts, Photo Graphics, Hair and MakeUp talents here in Hollywood".
* Sending and responding to job-project opportunity emails, Data management, Photo File organizing backup and cataloging.
* Short-Film Competitions research for my Thesis Short-Film Packaging, Promo media release, submission management.
* Assist me staying focused with My Senior Mother’s personal and medical needs, call’s, emails, bills and health care management while she is in Nursing Home; San Antonio Tx in her last years, made challenging while I live in Los Angeles.
* Pro Organizer, helping build physical and digital filing for home, business, film, taxes etc. Promotions and Sales.  
* Copyright use permission and management in film and festivals.
* Legal paperwork research and file management for replies.

I will always be 99% honest with you about even my hardships with equally honest intent. The more I know what your shortcomings are, the more I can help you succeed to overcome finding not just stability but growth. Which is why I say 99?cause no one is perfect yet together we can be near it. With that said here are my short comings, that I hope you will help me manage as my VA / ASSISTANT PARTNER, I hope to find someone of PURE HeART able to inspire me to stay on track to be a better human being, inventor, screen writer, entrepreneur, feminist and simply a better man.
*      Not severe however I have felt a little depressed recently after my father passed away July 24, 2020. And my ailing Mother, living in the same nursing home in Texas, is not doing well. I am her Power of Attorney and have to keep in contact with her nursing staff. Helping motivate Mom to stay busy mentally and physically.
*       I am a Disabled US ARMY Veteran diagnosed with PTSD and Bipolar. I assure you it is not severe. I’ve worked closely with Doctors 7 yrs to discover my case is, so mild it’s simply best to stay active and focused on positive activities with ZERO meds required. However, I do admit it is slowing me down, unable to manage my time and goals all alone, scatter brain some times and hard to focus keeping on daily task.
*        When I was just 22yrs old my parents went total Bankrupt 1985 and my Father went to Prison for guns, I have virtually ever since then been supporting their housing expenses at one point paying for 3 homes in Texas while I went homeless here in Los Angeles living out of my Hollywood office 4yrs then 3yrs living on construction sites I was working on or in my truck, but always kept my parents’ home and RE responsibilities current. I was honored to do that for my parents and finally have balance, a small savings, safe home paid up to date, great Film College Degree, Great Film Education and super great concepts refined READY FOR NEXT PHASE. 
*       That Hollywood homeless period led to the U.S. Veterans Admin to step up helping me get assisted housing and giving me back my College Fund via 4yrs Voc-Rehab; BFA LAFS graduating March 14th 2020 Summa Cum Laude, 3.96 GPA. "My 40 year goal / dream-come-true" since I first tried to go to film school at 16.
*       I am grateful to have for a few more years with VA assisted housing and food stamps working from home since then with a great start on my * MOVIE BUSINESS PLAN *TRANSMEDIA BOOK, *Five Inventions ready for Licensing and patents, Transmedia Scripts and BIG DREAMS still to achieve, realizing; I need a dedicated honorable assistant to help me make the next phase come true for our mutual success.
