Email Marketing Specialist (Remote)

INO LLC, a Social marketing agency based in the US is seeking a for a talented Email Marketing Specialist for immediate full-time hire to join our dream team.
We're looking for a highly-motivated marketer with a proven track record of managing ROI positive email marketing campaigns.
As an Email Marketing Specialist you will develop+manage strategies and execute email marketing automation and campaigns for our clients.
To succeed in this role, you need to be creative, analytical, self-driven, and detail-oriented. Above all, you need to be a good team player.

JOB DUTIES:
1 year of experience managing email marketing campaigns
Demonstrated experience in building an email marketing campaign
Proficient in data analytics to determine what worked and what didn’t by looking at the data and suggesting improvements
Conducting market research to better comprehend prevailing consumer behaviors.
Conceptualizing marketing campaigns that speak directly to the pain points of existing and prospective clients.
Creating well-written copy that is free from mistakes.
Collaborating with Graphic Designers to improve the appearance layout of outputs.
Maintaining a database of customers who have opted to receive our correspondence.
Distributing emails through the use of automation software (e.g. Mailchimp, Klaviyo).
Monitoring and reporting on the utility of each campaign.
Knowledge of SEO
Exceptional attention to detail
Able to work under tight deadlines
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with ability to juggle multiple competing tasks and demands
Must be able to understand and integrate feedback coming from the team with diverse viewpoints and opinions

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
Bachelor's degree in any course
Proven work experience as a Email Marketing Specialist
Hands on experience in email marketing
Knowledge of online marketing channels such as Mailchimp, Klaviyo
Excellent communication skills
Analytical and multitasking skills
Working hours are 7AM- 4PM PH time, Monday to Friday
