Job Description:
Work on the Dream Fitness Client Academy’s strategic marketing/sales efforts to generate scheduled 10+ qualified leads per week. We are looking for an inside sales virtual assistant to join our team. The VA will be responsible for prospecting for new clients, cultivating client relationships, setting client appointments, and managing all leads within the contact management ---------- lls are made each day to reach potential clients, obtain the necessary information to qualify them for an appointment, and schedule meetings with the sales team. The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a neutral accent, is highly organized, detail-oriented and is committed to meeting goals. Please only apply if you have experience in inside sales.

REQUIRED EXPERIENCE:
3+ Years in Appointment Setting
3+ Years in Lead Generation
3+ Years in Qualifying Prospects
3+ Years in Cold Calling
3+ Years in Lead Follow Up & Nurturing
3+ Years in Social Media Outreach

REQUIRED PASSIONS:
- Loves the Sales Scoreboard: You are addicted to tracking and growing our # of leads, appointments booked, follow ups, sales, etc.
- Customer Success Driven: You love to help customers identify their problems, define knowledge gaps (educate them on new solutions), and probe them to take action based on the cost of inaction.
