Title Agent - real estate closing

We are a law firm which handles real estate transactions. We need a closer - specifically this person will take the transaction from delivery to closing. You will order and review title commitments and surveys, prepare closing disclosures interact with buyers and sellers agents to gather necessary documents and information, and provide the paperwork to the attorney who will review it and close the transaction with the customer.
