The Opportunity:
We are a growing company with various service offerings (Web Sites, SEO, SMO, Payroll Services etc) and are looking for an energetic Sales Representatives who can successfully identify new sales opportunities and build a sales pipeline
The Sales Representatives are responsible for securing the sales for various product & services via telephone, email & Social Media. We’re in an exciting growth phase now so there’s a big focus on New Business Development– identifying, qualifying and selling to various customers across Australia, New Zealand to start with.
This is not just a telemarketing role – we are looking for a proven sales performer with Account Manager/Sales Representative experience with outstanding communication skills to engage with our customers. If you have experience in selling products or services to various Industries like Restaurants, DayCare Centers, Real Estate, Building & Construction industries etc then we would really like to hear from you.
Responsibilities include:
• Cultivate and nurture leads, with the CRM
• Proactively call a database of decision makers and influences
• Work with Sales Management to develop targeted lists, call strategies and messaging
• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas of qualified opportunities
• Identify prospect requirements and how we can help them
• Proactively pursue business-to-business sales through warm and cold call prospecting to secure new business
• Prepare and distribute information to potential prospects to progress the sale
• Conduct web and phone based Demos to potential customers to secure new business
• Schedule Client appointments to the BDM’s
Experience and attributes include:
• Outbound inside sales / telemarketing experience
• A minimum of 3 years’ experience in Business-to-Business Sales / Business Development
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A highly motivated self-starter, and team player
• Thrive on the adrenalin rush of finding warm leads and winning deals
• Love web technology and what it can do for business
• Working knowledge on Sugar CRM or VTiger is essential.
