Graphic Designer/Artist

I am looking for a graphic designer for our POD(Print On Demand) products (such as mugs, canvas, t-shirts). This job requires you to be
1. creative
2. individual ideas of your own
3. able to think outside of the box when it comes to recreating old designs
4. good knowledge on typography & font usage
5. an eye for beautiful designs
6. able to adapt to design ideas and requests
7. able to do your own illustrations as well as able to use clip art

Rough ideas and examples of what we want will be given to you and you will be required to create new variations of your own.

English level has to be above average so we can communicate our ideas to you effectively. DO NOT apply if your English is average or bad.

This IS NOT a job for people who are just going to recreate or copy designs from the examples we give. This also IS NOT a job for someone who is a beginner, we are looking for a quality designer/artist that can grow with us for the long term.
