Hiring General Virtual Assistant to help with Admin Tasks

Our digital marketing agency is expanding fast and we are looking to hire and bring on more team members.

We specialize in marketing consulting for gyms and fitness centers, helping them grow and build their facility with new members.

I am looking to hire a virtual assistant to be my right hand - work very closely with me and build a long-term relationship in our business while helping me with daily admin tasks.

We are a team that demands excellence and communication, but we also want to encourage you, while keeping things fun and supportive.

We always pay our VAs & employees on time.

We provide high quality training on how to complete each task, as well as courses to constantly improve your skills.

We will provide opportunities for monthly bonuses based on performance and hitting targets.

The types of tasks you will be responsible for:

- Data Entry
- Lead Scraping
- Building Operating Procedures for the business
- Answering Emails
- Helping with client onboarding
- Cleaning lists
- Creating and posting social media content
- launching email campaigns
- writing documents
- sending agreements to new clients

Requirements:

- Must have creative writing skills (experience writing content, blogs, or social media posts)
- Must be willing to adapt and work in our time zone (Newfoundland, Canada)
- Must be attentive and easy to communicate with
- Must show up on time to all shifts
- Must have perfect written English (without needing to use google translate)
- Fluent in spoken & written English
- Coachable and eager to learn
- Great communication and organization skills
- Great Research and Google skills
- Ability to problem solve and figure out complex problems on your own
- Positive and friendly attitude
- Can follow SOPs and instructions well
- Be able to join the team within two weeks
