Marketing Coordinator

Peak Support, a rapidly growing outsourcing and consulting firm serving some of today’s most innovative companies, is seeking a Marketing Coordinator to join our team.

The Marketing Coordinator will play a pivotal role on a small marketing team, providing administrative support to the Marketing Manager and the Chief Operating ---------- this role, every day will be different. You may find yourself conducting research and outreach for a backlink campaign; scheduling critical executive meetings; organizing travel; participating in strategy meetings, and much more. The successful candidate will be highly organized, an excellent communicator, efficient, and excited to dive in and get things done.

Peak Support manages customer service and back office teams for high-growth companies. Founded in 2015, we now have more than 500 team members in the Philippines and the U.S. Almost all of our growth has come from client referrals, and we only began investing in marketing in 2020. That means we’re still learning and experimenting every day. The coordinator will make a significant impact on the Marketing Department and the growth trajectory of Peak Support.

Peak Support is a remote-first company. This role is a work-from-home position and will continue to be remote after the COVID-19 threat has passed.

Administrative responsibilities include:
Organizing meetings
Answering phone calls
Conducting and summarizing research, online and by phone
Creating presentations in PowerPoint
Making travel plans
Planning events such as happy hours

Marketing responsibilities include:
Managing the marketing department’s ongoing project list to make sure all tasks are completed on deadline
Conducting outreach to create backlinks in relevant websites (NOT spam backlinks), coordinating with SEO agency to ensure efforts are not duplicated.
Building and manage our referral program, establishing a program of regular outreach to clients and executing the program
Helping to maintain our CRM database in HubSpot by updating data, pulling reports, and taking trainings as needed
Helping to prepare marketing reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing marketing and sales data
Conducting research
Developing competitive research and oversight on competitors’ campaigns.

Qualifications and Skills:
Highly organized
Excellent researcher
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Digital marketing expertise preferred, including experience with:
Website and marketing analytics tools – Hubspot, Google Suite, ad serving tools
Search Engine Optimization / Search Engine Marketing
Marketing database, email, social media and/or display advertising campaigns
Social media scheduling platforms
Security clearance required

Technical Requirements:
- Good computer setup with Chrome browser
- legitimate Windows 10 OS
- minimum of 8GB RAM
- minimum processor: Intel: i3 7th gen, Intel: i5 4th gen, AMD: A8 - 5000 series and higher, AMD Ryzen 3 series - 2200 G and higher
- Stable wired high-speed wired internet connection (at least 10-20Mbps)
- Install a centralized device management software (company provided) to your computer for account security purposes
- A stable power supply in your area
