Virtual Assistant to manage and develop websites in different niches

German based company is looking for one or several virtual assistants between 20 & 40 h. week.

Mission:

Take over the management of websites in diverse niches (based on Joomla 1.6, Wordpress 3.01, and HTML) starting with mini sites and expanding to more...

Your task : increase monetization of the sites by sending organic traffic (and later paid traffic) to affiliate offers and ensure the conversion. Increase content of the websites by writing articles (this part can also be outsourced later on) and build an email database.

Monetization is primarily affiliate links and adsense, then own product or email database.


A) Diverse Tasks at hand :

1) Setup of the sites:
Find content relevant to the game
Add videos, rss feeds etc…
Create the internal and external linking structure
Make sure the site’s affiliate links are correctly set
Add plugins if necessary
Verify typos, 404 and any none professional looking pages
Put a capturing email page
Create a Landing page for CPV traffic

2) Drive traffic to the site using

Mini net building
Article writing, press releases, forum posting, blog
commenting etc…
Your suggestions
Prepare Paid CPM campaigns by selecting sites (we will explain)
Expand to other sources of traffics

3) Reporting
Daily reporting – email or IM
Availability Online compulsory between 15.PM Ph time and 18.PM.

Understands SEO and LSI principles
Understands SEM, Media campaigns, CPV
Know autoresponders
Able to craft email sequences
Understands link building and wheel building
Understands affiliation and cpa



3) Technicals skills and infrastructure:

High speed Internet
Wordpress expert
Joomla 1.6 expert
CSS, Html, ideally Php, graphic design (banner, image editing)
cpanel, ftp, filezilla, mysql proficient

4) Infrastructure

Have YIM , google mail, skype
Knows google documents
Knows use of project management tool



C) Legal:

Independent agreement will be sent asap upon applicant being chosen, i.e you will provide your invoice and be paid weekly the first 8 weeks, then bi-weekly by Paypal . .

Work starts asap.

Due to the time difference with Germany
