We are looking for a Personal Virtual Assistant to work for our agency.

Here are the details on the position:



[Summary]
Looking for someone to be the Personal Virtual Assistant to Torrey Tayenaka - Founder and CEO of Sparkhouse. This role would take place during the hours of 9am - 5pm PST. We are looking for a Personal Virtual Assistant to provide administrative support to our team while working remotely.

As a Personal Virtual Assistant, you will perform various administrative tasks, including answering emails, scheduling meetings and making travel arrangements. For this role, a strong Internet connection is required, along with experience using communication tools like Skype, Slack, Gmail, etc.

Ultimately, you should be able to handle administrative projects and deliver high-quality work under minimum supervision.

[Responsibilities]
• Respond to emails and phone calls
• Schedule meetings
• Book travel and accommodations
• Manage a contact list
• Prepare spreadsheets and keep online records
• Organize managers’ calendars
• Perform market research
• Address employees administrative queries
• Provide customer service as first point of contact

[Requirements]
• At least 2 years of proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role
• Familiarity with current technologies, like desktop sharing, cloud services and VoIP
• Quick to learn new tools
• Experience with word-processing software and spreadsheets (e.g. Google sheets, pages and slides)
• Knowledge of online calendars and scheduling (e.g. Google Calendar)
• Excellent phone, email and instant messaging communication skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Able to work in a fast paced environment
• Keen to details
• Must have sense of ownership and accountability
• Solid organizational skills
• Fast typing skills
• Solid English both writing and speaking
