JOB OVERVIEW

A US property management Company, is actively seeking a Virtual Maintenance Coordinator who serves as virtual administrative support for the team. This position is responsible for administering the collection and compilation of information for billing, as well as issuing, scheduling, processing and tracking the completion of work orders. Also serves in a support role for the Production Manager and Maintenance Supervisor with various projects.
This is a part-time, hourly paid position. It could lead to a full time position if qualifed after 3 months.
Duties include but not limited to:
Receive and input work orders
Maintain, update, and plan the schedule, including assigning tasks to staff
Send daily maintenance update to managers
Track the completion of work orders
Review, evaluate, and prioritize requests for maintenance.
Report on activities, supplies, and planned projects.
Assist with miscellaneous projects
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:
Associates Degree or above required.
1 - 3 years of directly related or closely related experience
Knowledge of Google office products (Doc, Sheet, google drive etc.) at a proficient level.
Knowledge of general maintenance requirements, (documentation, safety, required reporting, regulations, etc.) preferred
Professional communication skills (phone, interpersonal, written, verbal, etc.)
Professional customer service skills
Time management and time critical prioritization skills
Must be able to work in a team environment
Must be a people friendly person with attention to detail.

Pay is based on experience. We offer continue training. You have to provide your previous/current employer contact information or be able to verify your experience.
The position can be started immediately.
Your working hour is Philippines time. 9pm to 5am. or midnight to 8 am Tuesday through Saturdays.
