Out bound sales calling Rockstar Needed

Hey all,
We are a small, safety training company based in Canada and we need a part time person who isn't afraid to use the telephone and generate some good customers for us.
We've got some expectations for both sides, with us, you are going to get a guaranteed set of part time hours per week, great attitudes here on our end, some great scripts (they can always be made better so if you can help us there, we pay you for that!).
We have some really good products to sell (or simply generate leads for us to follow up and we will pay you a % of the sale).
It's pretty simple and we think pretty straight forward. If you have done phone sales, you wont find any issues here.
What we expect from you:
1. show up to work
2. have a great attitude like ours, it's catchy and your friends will love you more :)
3. be really clear in your spoken english (we'll wanna hear a voice recording and talk on skype with ya)
4. have a good internet connection (we know, brown outs are on-going)
5. be able to log into our skype manager program and use our $$ for calling, not yours (we thought you would like that :)
6. be cool and put in the time required, it's not always easy, but we believe in down time, so should you
7. ready to make some $$, the more you sell, the more you make!
