VOD on Wordpress

I am looking for someone who can implement VOD service to my wordpress website.
We are using BeTheme template from themeforest.

I want to have an option, where user will pay to view selected video (VOD) for eg. 1 year online access.
Please explain the process how this would be done (eg. vimeo pro + woocommerce or other solution).

Please send me your cv and example if you did something similar.
Additionally please write how much would you like to be paid for this job.
