Phone Customer Service VA (Virtual Assistant)

We are looking for Full-Time Phone Customer Service VAs (Virtual Assistant) to join our growling team

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES but not limited to:
- Assist customers with their online purchases- Act as the primary contact for customer inquiries about our products
- Provide the highest level of customer service to our clients
- Answer logistic questions regarding their orders
- Upsell products
- Projects a professional attitude
- Maintain a collaborative relationship with other members of the team

REQUIREMENTS:
-At least 6 months in the BPO call center. Preferably in Ecommerce or similar business
-Great communication skills with neutral to near-native English
-Sales background is preferred, but not required
-Quick learner with the ability to adapt and absorb processes, products, and brand-Extremely organized and efficient
-Friendly and customer-oriented attitude-Team player, able to collaborate with others really well
-Willing to work during US EST hours and rotating shifts
-Can start immediately
-Can type with a speed of 30 wpm

COMPUTER REQUIREMENTS:
-i5 processor or higher
-4GB RAM
-Headset with noise-canceling mic
-Wired ADSL or Fiber connection with min 20 Mbps speed
-NO to Dongle or Pocket Wifi
