Marketing Assistant

Make It Mine is currently looking to hire an amazing Marketing Assistant to play a vital role in the business by working closely with our Marketing Manager and Creative Assistant to efficiently execute the day-to-day marketing operations.

Mission Statement (Why does this role exist)
Support our CMO’s marketing efforts
Execute day to day marketing operations
Identify new marketing opportunities

Outcomes (*MUST ACCOMPLISH*)
Prioritize collection of customer videos/reactions
Sort all reactions into good and bad reactions folders as defined by CMO
Ask customers for permission to use their videos on social media and advertising
Outreach to influencers to experience our products
Build an outreach system that can handle up to 10 influencer deals per day (paid and non-paid)
Collect the best influencer reactions to use for video advertisements
Close influencer deals with little to no supervision
Track ROI on influencer deals (coupon codes and UTM tags) and report them in the outreach system
Post consistently on FB/IG/Tik Tok
Create a social media posting schedule and work with CMO and Creative Assistant to execute posting schedules and creatives
Learn the newest social media strategies on posting (timing, hashtags, etc) to optimize reach
Respond to comments on our social media posts and ads with a marketing approach (funny, playful, or witty responses)
Identify new trends in social media and use them in our marketing videos and social media posts
Identify new marketing opportunities and bring them up to Vince
Build and systematize our marketing operations

Monthly Salary: $750-$1250
Annual Salary: $9,000 - $15,000
