Full Stack Wordpress Developer With Eye For Design

We are looking for a full-time (possibly part-time) full stack Wordpress developer who also has an eye for design. Here are the tasks you'll be asked to help with:

Core Web Vitals & Speed Optimization

I've got a few websites that I really need someone to dig into and make sure I'm passing core web vitals before the Google update rolls out in June. I've got tools like WP Rocket, ShortPixel, Cloudflare (free), etc. but need someone who is an expert here to take the lead and just get me where I need to be.

My sites are running ads such as AdThrive and Mediavine.

Customizing themes

Most of my sites are on Generate Press, but a few of the ones that aren't I'd like to move over and have a semi-custom version of it. So I'd love someone with an eye for design as I don't know specifically what I want them to look like, but I know how GP theme works and that it's known for great performance. I've got about 4 sites I'd love to completely overhaul how they look with performance in mind from the beginning. So ideally, someone who has managed rolling out a new theme before.

Custom Affiliate Boxes in posts

Somewhat similar, I'd like to eliminate plugins and page builders like Thrive and have someone make custom boxes to use in posts - I've read about Generate Blocks (a Gutenberg add on from the makers of GeneratePress) where you can create custom elements like boxes and reuse them across your site. This is a bigger project and I think the skills would overlap with someone who is talented with design and customizing themes.

Another current plug-in I use is AAWP for Amazon affiliates, so a possible solution is someone who can customize the look and function of this existing tool.

Other Custom Projects (Lowest Priority/Optional)

The others I mentioned are a bit more random and perhaps a "wish list" like someone who can build a calculator functionality into various web pages. Another I'd love to do but is less urgent is a pop-up lead capture function that's built in house and integrates with my mailing service (Mailerlite) without having to use a plugin.

Requirements for Job:

Stable internet connection
Experience working in WordPress Development
Experience with speed optimization and core web vitals
Can work 40 hours per week
Attention to detail and able to work ---------- n read and write in English
Payment is via Paypal so you must have operational Paypal account. Sorry, but I will not assist setting this up for you.

Pay:

$1,000 USD per month for 40 hours per week. If you don't work 40 hours per week, your pay is prorated. I pay on the 15th and last day of the month. You must submit a detailed invoice and then I pay within 48 hours (sometimes a bit longer if on a weekend).
