Repeak Media Lead Generation Representative (LDR)

Goal: To connect with as many brands as possible and generate meetings with potential clients.

What your day will look like: This is an evolving position but as of writing this you will be performing outbound messaging on different platforms such as Linkedin, Instagram & Facebook, sourcing emails for outbound, inputting them into different campaigns, and tracking all your metrics at the end of the day.

Who you are: You like staying consistent and being creative with your messaging to break through and meet new people! You don’t mind grabbing a nice cup of coffee and sitting down focused for a few hours. Finally, you’re a laid-back person that’s fun to work with and easy to be around.

Requirements:

1. Familiarity with different social media platforms
2. Ability to learn how to use various different user-friendly software
3. Good communication skills because you’ll be engaging with a lot of different people with the goal of scheduling a meeting with them.
4. Experience managing various social media platforms.

Hard Skills: Knowledge of different social media platforms, ability to learn new user-friendly software to gather emails, data entry for inputting contacts, and end of day reporting.

Soft Skills: Ability to work independently, personable and friendly communicator,

Nice to haves/bonus skills: you've curated a great Instagram feed before!

Hours: Part-Time 25 hours per week

Nice to haves: past experience in social media outbound marketing, previous sales experience

Notes: This position has a very good opportunity for becoming full-time after 2-3 months of fine-tuning the role.
