Responsible for the delivery of offshore-based recruitment services to our clients in the US
Manage active and passive applicants (Heavy on passive sourcing)

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in any field (if fresh grad)
If undergrad, at least 2 years in BPO Industry
Good communications skills
Willing to work on a fixed GY shift
Salary: 20k to 25k depending on experience
20% Night Diff
2k-8k Monthly Perf bonus after 3 months

Temporary work from home setup - will be assigned to work in Makati when it's safe and back to normal.
