Tech VA / Webdesigner / Webmaster

As a Tech VA in Comunify, you will learn to become a fully trained Webmaster and Technical Support Agent, but we do need someone with previous Wordpress design experience at least.

You will help launch and scale online communities that can make a positive impact in the world come through our range of self-hosted online course and community platforms.

Summary
Our Tech VA will be tasked to support a variety of digital and tech duties including:

* Web Design & Development on Wordpress.
* Researching and monitoring SEO & traffic of website & lead magnets.
* Online event creation and support.
* Customer service & social media monitoring for support questions.

We are looking for people who are motivated in helping non-technical people with whatever solutions help their online presence and build their communities.

Although we will provide full training, the ideal candidate we are searching for really enjoys exploring online technologies, trying out new online platforms and improving website performances.

You will need to be communicative, able to solve problems and manage your time efficiently.

Role
This role will help you become a highly effective webmaster and all rounded VA assistant helping all internal teams and clients use all the tools that are available and find new ones.
