QS (Quantity Surveyor)/ Designer/Specifier/Draughts person

We require a person who will work remotely on surveying houses for energy upgrades. This will include figuring out wall area's, living area's, attic area's, window sizes and heating upgrades all from Google maps or client's drawings and photo's.
As primarily an insulation upgrade contractor we have to determine what upgrades are most appropriate to the house, affordable for our clients and recommend possible solutions for them along with costs.
The candidate will initially work along with myself to learn how we currently work and gather the required information. After a few weeks/months of learning we will develop a system to gather the information required, quantify it, upload it to our CRM to produce a cost that will work best for whole team. After that period of system development/training the candidate will be working on his/her own but part of our team on an ongoing basis.
The candidate may also be required to do some design/drawing work and produce technical drawings for clients relating to some of the solutions we recommend.
