Wordpress Programmer Developer Expert

We are seeking a true Wordpress developer / programming expert. Someone who can write plugins from scratch - easily and quickly. Someone with advanced php and java knowledge. Please, seasoned experts only.

(Note: we are not looking for folks who have primarily developed/altered themes and installed sites...we need someone who primarily has years of experience writing code for wordpress sites)

Ideal candidate should have 5+ years experience actually developing software and integrations for Wordpress. Must also be expert with Wordpress 3.0.

Must be fluent in common programming languages and able to quickly learn and implement API solutions. Of course, you must be completely familiar with most hosting environments and able to install, test and implement the solutions you develop.

You will also be responsible for normal Webmaster duties such as site fixes, updates, installations, backups, design changes, migrations.

Developer must be able to understand complex ideas and come up with a solution for integration and then complete the work. IMPORTANT: You must be able to understand our needs and develop THE CORRECT solution (you will not get technical instructions). Programming must be 100% complete and proper....with notations and formats that are easily understood by any 3rd party looking at the code. (In other words, no hacks/no bugs/no shortcuts).

English language skills are required. You don't need to be 100% fluent but you must be easily capable of 2x weekly Skype voice calls.
