JOB OVERVIEW

Responsibilities:

• Utilize vendor and company systems and maintain spreadsheets/databases as necessary on purchased goods and services to assure that the most accurate information is being utilized.
• Escalate asset administration issues with vendors regarding registration/support coverage
• Provide reports for product renewals
• Works with Accounting to set up new vendors.
• Assist in a few pre-sales or post-sales related tasks as the need arise.
• Process quotes and receives new orders and completions, enters into computer system along with additional administrative duties
• Other adhoc task as assigned for operations.


Basic Requirements:

• Minimum of 2 years experience on a related field
• Expert in MS Office and Google Suite
• Ability to prioritize workloads
• Adept at information gathering and monitoring
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills: written and verbal
• Be self-motivated and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment
• Willing to do calls as needed
• Quickbooks experience is a plus.
• Experience with inventory systems is a plus but not ---------- TE:
• Full time work (40 hours a week - during company hours)
• Must be willing to work in US Pacific timezone (11pm-8am Philippine time)
