At Shoptiques, we have two primary goals: First, we want to enable customers to buy one-of-a-kind merchandise that they can’t find anywhere else from the best local ---------- condly, we want to provide small businesses with solutions that allow them to compete on a global scale. As a shopper, you can discover products according to traditional shopping categories as well as by neighborhood and even by store. As a Shoptiques boutique, you have access to millions of customers as well as a multitude of customizable tools, such as web hosting, email marketing, managed services, and our latest product: Point of Sale.

Who you are:

Your communication skills, both written and verbal, are superb.
Familiar with Apple products, including an iPad and iPhone
Must be able to work within a team environment, including with remote tea ---------- mbers

You have a deep love of customer experience. You advocate for the customer, you deliver exceptional service, and you take every interaction to the next level.

What you'll do:
Deliver a 5-star customer experience through phone and email support
Troubleshoot any applicable hardware or software that is compatible with the Shoptiques Point of Sale (Back office and in-store register)
Advise customers on order fulfillment, online website uses, product availability and inventory management
Cultivate relationships with our B2B customers – advise them in all things about Shoptiques SaaS offerings
Learn everything there is to know about our product and our internal management system
Help us improve! You will be our ear to the ground – noticing trends in customer inquiries and bringing them to the attention of our tech, marketing, and product teams. We are a small team – everybody’s input counts!
