Purchasing & Inventory VA

I am looking for an experienced inventory & purchasing VA to join our team. Your role will be to lead and manage all the responsibilities related to Inventory and Purchasing.

We own a health and beauty brand ( no a private label ) since 2005.
We profoundly expand our e-commerce expansions with our e-commerce website (Shopify/ WordPress) and Amazon.
Our products are being crafted and assembled in California.
Through a logistic operation between vendors, contract manufactures, and suppliers from all over the world.

Responsibilities
Product sourcing ( components, finish goods )
Purchasing, vendors relations, negotiation, COGS
Order requests, consolidate items, a strategy of product order to meet demand, reduce cost, keep cash flow.
Reconciliation of purchase orders vs. payments and shipment receipts
BOM management
Inventory management across various warehouse virtual locations
Review and analysis of inventory position, stock replenishment / move-out
Stock Management, Amazon Integration, SKU Creation, Clean up
Sales Forcast & Sales History & Demand Planning

Previous experience with health & beauty, manufacturing, sourcing is a plus.

Good to Fluent in English
Excellent Writing & Negotiation skills
Amazing computer skill, nothing ---------- monstrate ability to make timely and effective ---------- legate responsibilities as ---------- et objectives and targets
Prioritize and complete multiple tasks under pressure.
Well-organized, problem-solving/analytical skills with strong attention to detail.

Experience is a must. You need to come with a good solid background, so we do not need to teach you from scratch. Just look at the list, and you get the idea..it's not a beginners position. If you know this role well, you should get a grip on this within two days of onboarding.
