Amazon Store Manager

I am looking for someone who has PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE in managing an amazon dropshipping store. they should have knowledge in customer service as well as order fulfillment and the over process what to do if a customer would like a return. At our store, we manage through the amazon seller central and keep track of data in Google Docs.
