SEO Manager, Part-Time, 21-hours pw

This is not a gig. This is a part-time role. We do NOT expect you to be super-human and do the job of 100 people. We need you to be reliable and to do 3 things!

1. Be our in-house SEO expert for onsite and technical.
2. Create and implement SEO strategies, site audits, keyword research and report on progress
3. Be reliable, pro-active and motivated to get excellent results for our clients

We're Funnel Leader. A small, but busy, online digital marketing agency and serve clients in the UK and Europe. We provide full-funnel, all-inclusive, digital strategy planning and execution. Our services range from video editing to social media advertising and email marketing to full CRM management.

We already have 3 remote PH team members and now we require a friendly and reliable SEO expert with fluent English writing skills - that has excellent onsite and technical SEO experience and is able to get results.

// Hours:

> We work on UK GMT Timezone (but you don't need to be)
> Part-time, 21 hours per week (Mon-Fri).
> We're friendly and flexible around childcare, timezone, and other life challenges you may have
> Mid to long term position with potential for full-time hours for the right person
> Reporting directly to Digital Marketing Coordinator.

// Duties Include:

> Advise and implement SEO strategies and reporting
> Monitor and improve SEO performance for our website (WordPress) and our clients' websites
> Monitor and report on any optimisations made that have improved search ranking and web traffic.
> Monitor Core Web Vitals and other metrics that could influence performance.
> Ensure continuous onsite and technical SEO optimisation
> Ensure we are delivering SEO best practice (white hat)
> Keeping up-to-date with the latest SEO trends, guidelines, and algorithm changes
> Working with our client content teams to continuously improve on-page SEO.
> Onsite content optimisation and link-building strategies


// Essential Qualities Needed to be Successful:

> Fluent English language comprehension with fluent writing ability
> Available to work ‘similar’ hours to UK GMT time - we’re flexible
> Experienced with tools for monitoring SEO, for example, Moz, SemRush etc
> An expert SEO professional with at least 2-years of experience
> You are reliable and looking for a long-term position (not a gig)
> Excellent time management and organisational skills
> A computer with a fast internet connection, a working webcam and microphone
