Social Media Marketing Manager - Immediate Start

Job Responsibilities:

- Oversee the design, development, and content maintenance of all marketing projects which includes but is not limited to web promotions and website enhancements.
- Develop strategic content to support brand recognition, traffic, and lead generation goals.
- Create fresh content & innovative strategies for content reuse
- Collaborate with creative and brand teams to develop high-quality social media posts and other content products.
- Manage the alignment of content published on various channels.
- Ensure use of consistent visual and verbal brand identity on social media channels.
- Cultivate a community of engaged followers by creating appealing content and executing creative strategies.
- Use a combination of data analysis, user research, metrics, benchmarking, and content audits to identify opportunities for improvement in channels managed.
- Track, analyze and interpret metrics to assess the efficacy of content. Recommend strategy changes to increase the effectiveness of content and resources.
- Able to review Google Analytics to analyze reports and assess web traffic, page views, page abandonment, referrals, etc.
- Manage all aspects of the company’s social media activity, while working well with other teams, including other members of the corporate communication team, brand and creative services, business unit communicators, corporate security, etc.
- Evaluate and execute an email marketing program and schedule, then handle all email deployments and evaluate effectiveness with key performance metrics.
- Ensure that continuous improvement and enhancements are keeping in step with the latest technology and ensure usability in the development of new features
- Experience in Google Ads Management

Technical Requirements:

- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree, Post Graduate Diploma in IT/Marketing or equivalent
- At least 3 years of working experience in Internet Marketing, web best practices, and equivalent is required for this position
- Must have great communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to juggle multiple projects at one time.
- Proficient in Social Channels: LinkedIn, Facebook, Twitter, YouTube, Instagram, Pinterest, Twitter, Etc.
- Strategic thinking/planning and attention to detail
- Can work ARIZONA time
- Part-Time positions available
