Responsibilities

• Create social graphics in Canva
• Search for graphic images to use in social posts
• Check transcription of livestreams and videos
• Schedule social posts and videos using Hootsuite
• Optimize posts using Yoast SEO
• Research topics for upcoming posts using Facebook, Instagram, Google, and other platforms to suggest ideas of your own
• Engage with followers on social media
• Follow people and companies in specific industries
• Create PowerPoints and slide decks
• Update content and training videos in Kajabi
• Research audiences on social platforms for paid ads
• Respond to messages and comments on social media
• Update WordPress website, check for broken links
• Organize Google drive folder

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Virtual Assistant or relevant role – 2 years minimum
• Familiarity with platforms listed
• Strong US English spelling and grammar skills
• Excellent time management skills
• Solid organizational skills
• Reliable internet connection
