Technical
• Updates Wordpress as required, articles, portfolio items, template etc.
• Increases SEO rankings on GOOGLE to Page #1.
• Experienced with remote work software: Asana, Harvest, Dropbox, Calendly, Zoom, Whatsapp, Skype, email, and texting.
• Skype or ---------- MUST work in your country for emergency (video/audio) communications and as required ‘on the fly’.

Soft Skills
• Completes tasks with minimum input and management, a Go Getter and a quick learner.
• Translates assigned actions to timely results.
• Uses English as a first langue, and is very fluent in both speaking and writing.
• Works both independently and part of a team.
• Follows direction, take notes, and brings up relevant suggestions and next steps.
• Attentive to detail, and recollects details over time.
• Ability to update Word documents or similar.

Remote Work Requirements
• Uses Asana confidently for day to day tasks, reporting, and discussion. All work conducted is through Asana.
• Records all work time to the minute using “Harvest”.
• Provides a month end invoice through email on a monthly basis. Payment will be sent within 30 days of invoice receipt via bank transfer (or similar).
• Able to work 100% remotely and has a reliable internet connection, a personal computer, and a cellphone.
• Communicates workflow preferences for effective collaboration with the CADGuru team.

Those who qualify for Stage 2 Testing, will be given 20 hours of real work to show-case their proficiency in WordPRess, communication, question asking ability, and independent working ability. Probationary period is 3 months. Continued work on a ‘Contractor Basis’ will depend on on-going work performance and on-going improvements over time.
