Talented and Energetic General VA for Online Pharmacy Education Company

Pharmacy Pearls LLC is an exciting and growing educational platform that is a combination of an online pharmacy educational site and podcast. We are looking to expand our services and bring in a talented and energetic member of our team. This will be a unique experience as we are looking to invest in you with educational courses and other resources with the potential to go full time.

Skills and Experiences needed to be successful in this role include but not limited to: proficiency in English, high level of organization, self-management and transcription experience, understanding of marketing, search engine optimization, and social media management or willingness to learn, and data entry experience.
Daily Work Description:

The task will include but not limited to the following:
Audio and video editing for the podcast.
Transcription from video and audio for a podcast.
Create blog post in Webflow– title, URL customization, YouTube embed code, post content (from myself) (some which need hyperlinking), insert image and podcast audio/video file download path, schedule for publishing date.
Optimize YouTube Video for description, annotations, keywords, based on set template for what to do (I’ll Provide the layout and the template wording They have to update it based on each video (which They can get the information from the blog post/podcast).
Basic keyword research in YouTube for optimizing video search results
Social media management using HootSuite
LinkedIn connections research (I’ll show how to do this)and email them to invite them to podcast .
Research into what other competitors’ popular podcast/videos/blog article topics are and aggregate these so that I can create content on it.
Minor appointment setting.
Potential data entry of receipts (that I’ll either export or send photos of) into excel spreadsheet – this will be infrequent – likely every 3 to 6 months.
Research for sponsors and ads for podcast
Research for monetization of podcast and online website
Future (likely after 3 months) will be email management.
Future (likely after 3 months) – potential answering customer’s frequently asked questions through email.
