We need a part-time to full-time virtual assistant to handle a range of administrative tasks and data entry tasks.
Key required skills include:
good English and communication skills
Good technical skills, including word, excel, and general internet&software skills
Has a computer to work at home with decent internet connection speed.
Our job isn't a second job for you. we want all your energy.
Responsible, efficient and creative.
Optional but preferred skills include:
Project Management skill
HR skill
SEO skill
Sample projects and tasks may include:
1) Send assignments to our contractors and employees and verify the result.
2) Compile data according to our specs and submit the data to various websites.
3) Miscellaneous tasks like collect information on specific topics and stuff like that.
Note these are sample tasks only, to give you an idea of what we are looking for. We'll provide detailed training on how to do all the tasks.
