Marketing Assistant

We inspire and support fitness business owners and personal trainers worldwide by consistently providing the best boxing fitness education materials on the market with classes, certifications, and gear designed with the coach in mind.

We are looking for a zealous Marketing Assistant to report to the Marketing Manager & support the Marketing department of our company in its primary and administrative duties. Marketing Assistant responsibilities include assisting in organizing campaigns and developing marketing strategies. This work will be a critical factor for the smooth operation of the Marketing department and the attainment of its goals and the long-term growth of the company.

Responsibilities:
- Support the Marketing Manager in organizing various digital marketing projects and promotions for Boxing Fitness Education social profiles
- Update analytic spreadsheets weekly (social media platforms, Google analytics, ROI analytics, etc.)
- Gather important data & analytics daily for social media platforms
- Support the Marketing Manager in composing and posting online content on the company’s boxing fitness education social media accounts
- Assist with caption and copywriting for boxing fitness education content (social & email copy, blog content, etc.)
- Schedule social media and email boxing fitness education content (Must be experienced in Later & Mailchimp)
- Reply to social media comments & direct messages daily (especially immediately after posting)
- Continuously contribute to fresh and new ideas for marketing boxing fitness education content creation

Requirements:
- Must have experience with Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn, TikTok, & YouTube
- Must speak & read fluid English
- An understanding of the Boxing Fitness industry
- Proven experience as a marketing assistant
- Good understanding of office management and marketing principles
- Demonstrable ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Well-organized with a customer-oriented approach
- Good knowledge of market research techniques and databases
- Excellent knowledge of Google Docs, Social Analytic Programs (Later), Mailchimp, TapLink, & Kajabi
- Exquisite communication and people skills
